This was the highest 1 so far and they just keep getting lighter like its my first day testing

These don’t test for or confirm ovulation. They detect the LH surge that occurs prior to ovulation, but they’re all negative, meaning no surge has been detected. 
A test line that is just as dark or darker than the control, is considered positive and once you have that, you’ll typically ovulate within a 12-36 hour window. Keep testing!
