At what age did you start traveling with your baby?

3 weeks for a weekend trip (2 hour car ride to my parent’s house), but we would have gone sooner if my c-section recovery had been a little faster/smoother.
2 months for an 8+ hour car ride to my husband’s parent’s house for a week. 
We waited until he was almost 16 months for our first plane ride out of the country.

Oops I put 4-8 months but our first actual traveling with the baby was when she was 3 weeks old down to my parents house

For an actual overnight+ trip, our first with my son was around 4mo. At 5mo he had his first international trip (Canada), at 9mo he had his first overseas trip (Denmark).... he's now 2.5 & has traveled with us a ton.

First overnight trip she was four weeks old. It was just to a friend’s cabin an hour away but it still was exhilarating to get out of town and feel more like our normal, outgoing selves.

Thanks for all of your input. 🖤 I’m due March 30th & my family started doing an annual June trip last year somce my grandma passed. so I don’t want to miss this one 😩 Lord willing, we can make it. 🙏🏽
