I took a pregnancy test 10 Dpo and it had a faint line, took another a couple of days later and I got a negative, took the 3rd a day later and it was a very very veryyyyyy faint line.

For the past 3 days I have been getting light cramps that feels like my period but my period is 4 days late. My cycle is always the same and I am always med-heavy flow but for the past couple of days I have just been spotting with no actually blood blood.

The spotting now almost look dark brownish, as if I was coming to the end of my period.

What is this?? 🤷🏽‍♀️
