Is miscarriage bleeding considered to be my period cycle or am I going to have to wait until i get my period again?

How far along were you when you had a loss is a better question. My experience was with a chemical. When I lost mine at 8 weeks it took about a month before my period came

After I had a chemical I counted it as a period and was able to get pregnant about two weeks after my loss. Didn’t even have to wait on my actual period

No I never count it as a period. If you do, don’t expect your actual period to come back when you think it’s due. It can take weeks to come back. Anything from 4-8 weeks to show up again. Just depends on your body.
