Peak OPK but BBT rise?
Hi ladies,
I’m new to BBTing. I use clearblue digital OPKs, got high on cycle days 11 & 12 and peak today (cycle day 13). I test in the morning as I drink a lot of water and only get results with FMU. However my bbt this morning (same time I got my peak opk) rose from 36.5 to 36.7. Did I miss ovulation? Is it possible to get a positive opk after you’ve ovulated?
Please help, I feel like I’ve missed out on a month of trying.
