Ectopic alert

So its been 8 months since my ectopic surgery..My last period came with a whole lot of pains and backaches. The back ache started during implantation time frame and its still hurting now Af is done. I had on and off shoulder cramps. I am praying this is not another ectopic. I have one tube and i can't manage to lose two.
