so i’m 18 and i’ve been on nexplanon for about 5 years (to help w very bad heavy periods). just recently i started to become sexually active. we had sex last week and instead of pulling out he ended up finishing inside me... a bunch of it came out of me after he pulled out and i’m on nexplanon, but i can’t help but feel a bit anxious/paranoid about it...

i thought about taking a plan b but i kept reading that it would just mess up all my horomones n stuff (especially since i’m on birth control too) so i didn’t go that route...

i’ve had some back pain and some cramping these past few days... should i be worried?? or am i just making myself nervous over nothing??
