Need help understanding this. Temp drop instead of spike?
I had a temp drop this morning when I was sure I ovulated yesterday. I had my peak LH surge Saturday (test line was darker than the control line) and I had cramps yesterday morning with a pinche on my right towards the afternoon. I was expecting a spike, but I didn’t. I had a really bad nights sleep last night so might that be the issue?
