Busting my a*** but moving slowly
So after 8 months pp I finally got back to fitness. Started at 217.5 I’m currently 206 after 8 weeks of consistency. I have no problem exercising 5 days a week but I def struggle with eating. I’m still breast feeding and for those who say it helps you lose weight I’m still waiting for that to happen lol if anything I’m 20 times more hungry and probably eat more now than ever. It’s a work in progress. Here’s a backside picture as it shows the best amount of progress at the moment.

At the moment I’ve been doing four day minimum of exercise I try to shoot for at least 5 days but some weeks it doesn’t happen.
25 to 35 mins of cardio
20 to 40 mins of strength/weights
