HELP!!!!

i’m 15 and a week ago my boyfriend gave himself a handjob and then fingered me right after i’m scared that i’m pregnant and i’m one day late on my period and my boobs are so sore, like they’re more sore than normal when i get my period. should i be scared? am i pregnant?
