Legs Cramps?

Anyone else experiencing them? First time mama at 20 weeks and they just started a few days ago. On and off. Anyone else?

I get awful Charlie horses in my sleep! I've been getting them randomly since I was 16 weeks now I'm almost 22 weeks.

I'm 22 weeks and had the worst leg cramp the other night when I got up to pee. Literally brought me to tears. The pain in the muscle lasted a few days though. Not as bad as when it happened but I couldn't believe it hurt that bad

They are so painful! Like mentioned  above, magnesium really helps alot! I use the Calm powder, its the best & tastes great :)

Yes. My right calf cramped up for like three days. I'm 19w5d.

Thanks ladies. I don't see my doctor till Monday but I figured it was normal. Starting to get aches and pains all over. Heard it was just growing pains. The fun begins. Haha
