Weird Bump (TMI ** sorry)

I have this small weird red bump just past the opening of my vagina. It’s only painful if I touch it and pick at it (so I haven’t been doing that), or if my underwear is really tight. There are no clusters or blisters, and it doesn’t appear to be filled with puss or anything, and it’s ONE single bump, there’s no other. If I swipe my finger over it, its raised above my skin and it’s moves (kinda like a skin tag would), but I can’t figure out what it is. I am sexually actively and my boyfriend and I always use condoms. Any ideas? Are skin tags common down there if my underwear is too tight? Super confused .....
