Nose bleeds

Is anyone else getting nose bleeds since they’ve gotten pregnant? I’m 7 weeks and I had a pretty bad one two weeks ago and I just got a small one today. They show up out of nowhere and I’ve never really had nosebleeds before. I go to the doctor on Tuesday for my first appt.
