i need serious help

i’m 16 and i don’t have my licenses i’m still learning my i freak out and cry and scream every time i go driving. i’m so scared of cars, i’m afraid i’m not going to be able to brake fast enough but without doing it abruptly, going too fast is too much. i don’t know what to do and all of my friends can drive it hate it.
