Fitness embarrassment
So i need some advice PLEASE! My daughter is 11 months now and I’ve gone back to the gym but some exercises i can not do, because i start to pee myself a bit and when i try to run it just does not stop, it’s sooo embarrassing! I wear pads or black but that doesn’t always help. I’m sure everyone’s top answer will be Kegel exercises but does anyone have any other suggestions?
