Provera side effects?

Hey ladies, I’m starting provera today for ten days. Hopefully af will come a few days after I stop the pills and I can start my gonal f injections 🤞🏻
Anyway, I’ve read about a million different side effects. Has anyone taken provera before? What should I expect?

Idk if this happens with anyone else but I get extremely bad back pain, to the point where it feels like I’m locked up or cramping in my back every time I bend or sit!! I’m currently on day 3 of another cycle of provera through IVF, I just want it to be over already!! 😅😅 just being hurts my back!!

Eek. I start my provera monday and retrace with it next Friday. This is my 2nd ivf. Praying this time goes a little better.

I've been on it twice prescribed for 12 days each time the first time I started af on day 12. The second time on it 5 days into taking it af started. Little to no symptoms for me though through this whole fertility process I have noticed way more bloat weight gain dizziness and some depression. I hope it goes well for you!

I took it for about 15 days to prep for a surgical procedure. I noticed a decrease sex drive and painful sex if we tried. I dont think that's a common side effect tho.
