HELP constipated baby

Ladies! I need your help. My daughter is almost 5 months old and EBF. She is usually very regular she poops everyday until this last week...today is day 5 of nothing and we have been doing warm baths every day plus tummy massages bicycling being active and nothing. Her doctor said to use glycerin suppository so I tried that this afternoon maybe about half of the tube pedia lax brand and she did get some out maybe 1/4 cup worth lol if I had to measure but after 5 days I was expecting ALOT more. It was way thicker than her usual poop so definitely constipated!

It's been hours and still not another bowel movement since then and she clearly has to go shes kinda grumpy. At this point I'm scared to do more.glycerin and have it he too much and end up giving her tummy cramps but j also want her to poop she has to be miserable 😭😭

Should I give her another little bit tonight or tomorrow...any other tips or tricks ??
