Am I eating too much? 19 weeks pregnant

Breakfast: overnight oatmeal

Snack: low fat cottage cheese and a weight watchers cheese stick

Lunch: grilled chicken with edamame and a peach

Snack: fat free Greek yogurt, banana

Dinner: 1 egg and 3 egg whites, two pieces of low calorie wheat bread and another peach

Snack: 2 tbsp PB 2

I eat fairly healthy and started my pregnant at a healthy weight but I’ve already gained 12 lbs and am 19 weeks pregnant. Just worried I’m going to gain too much!
