Favorite makeup?

I am looking for recommendations on makeup! 
I can never seem to find a good eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, etc. 
My eyeliner always ends up looking smokey before I even head out the door, my eyeshadow looks chalky..it stresses me out that no matter what I do I can't get my makeup to look good. 
What are your favorite products/brands?

I use a lot of physicians formula products. They’re on the cheaper side and they’re really nice. I got an urban decay eyeshadow pallet at an overstock store. And these are my eyelid primer, eyeliner, and mascara. I actually prefer physicians formula mascara but I can’t find it as of late. I know it’s still made.
