Dog UTI?

I think my dog has a UTI but I’m really not too sure. When we went to get into bed tonight there was a huge wet spot on our sheets that smelled like pee. We figured our girl just had an accident, washed the sheets and called it good. We were only in bed for maybe an hour and the dog jumped up on the bed, stood there for a second and then started peeing again. There’s no blood in it, she wasn’t whining and doesn’t appear to be in pain. What does everyone think?
