Fenugreek

Ladies this really worked for me been taking 2 capsules 3 times a day for 2 days now and milk has doubled. Seriously if you are having problems and tried everything (oats, increase water, pumping, latching) all options tried and tested and nothing...dont give up seriously try these tablets!!! I only pump for 20mins each boob every 4 hours used to only get 1oz now im getting at least 3oz after only 2 days! :-)

If I can get to 5oz in next 2 days my lo can come off formula cos ill have enough milk :-) yay
