Is This Healthy? WEIGHT LOSS
So I’m using MyFitnessPal to track my calories, and it’s put me in a deficit of eating 1200 calories a day.
I am exercising and generally my cardio burns 400 calories, so I add this in.
I’m still trying to only eat 1200 calories, is this correct? Or do I eat more to compensate for my exercise?
I’m 18, 5’6, pretty average weight (no idea of a number as I don’t weigh myself for various reasons)
