FET and Miscarriage questions

Hello all,

We had our first FET in July with a BFP. WE found at we had a mmc at 6weeks3days. We had a D&C yesterday. Wondering if anyone knows or has been through this then went on for a healthy pregnancy? I'm so nervous to even think about trying again.
