Any NY based clinic that cover expenses for IUI or is atleast affordable?

Hi,
I struggling to find a NY based hosp/DR/Clinic which cover IUI. Its hard for me to afford all the expenses. My research tells it ranges from $700 to $1400. 
However I'm ready to pay a certain portion.  I heard that some doctors could claim it as a surgery and cover the expenses apart froma 95$ fee (which is affordable). I dont wanna be mean but for me having a baby is like a dream come true but at the moment i cant afford too much. Apart from that, i hope not but i might need more than a single IUI shot.
Can someone please suggest. It will be great help.😭🙏❣

I don’t mean to sound rude... definitely not trying to come off that way, but honestly if you’re not doing well financially, maybe you should plan to save for your fertility treatments and not have a baby right now? Babies are expensive, and involve a lot of doctors visits for both you and baby, and it adds up quickly. 
As far as clinics that cover IUI/IVF... I don’t think that exists. There are lower cost clinics (still hundreds to thousands over dollars depending on what type of fertility assistance and meds you need), one of them being CNY Fertility. But again, they are still several hundred dollars. 
Have you been to a normal OBGYN and tried oral meds first? like Clomid or Letrozole?
