Nexplanon bleeding😩😩
I got the nexplanon about 6 months ago and since then I’ve been bleeding nearly the whole time (apart from about 2 weeks where I’ve not bled) and I’ve heard eating foods with high estrogen helps to stop bleeding whilst on nexplanon, has anyone tried this or know of anything else to stop bleeding whilst on the implant?
