I mean this in the kindest way possible, but if it’s going to happen, it’s going to happen and there isn’t anything you can do about it. There’s a saying, “Stressing yourself out about something that hasn’t happened is like putting yourself through it twice..” Just try to relax and enjoy this exciting time! Remember to keep calm stress is never good for the baby. I had two mcs last year and an currently 11 weeks. Take the time in between appointments to get a list of questions for the Dr (the 4 weeks go by really fast). And find one person to talk to about everything. I call my mom every time I am getting panicky
