I read an article about misconceptions about sperm. And one of the things was this idea that sperm gets to where it needs to be in seconds. Which isn’t true . Most sperm swim zig zag . And it takes a lot longer than seconds for Sperm to get to where they need to be. Plus when your doing Ivf your feet are in the stirrups in the air. So as much as people call it a myth. I can see it holding some value.

Someone I know was told to do this by their doctor and they ended up pregnant. I did it all three times I got pregnant. Could be a coincidence but it sure doesn’t hurt 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sperm gets where it needs to go in seconds. There’s no need to keep your legs up. It’s a myth.
