I have PCOs and irregular periods due to it ... My last period was july 14-19 . I concieved with no medication .

I do not know the DPOs because i was told i didnt ovulate on my own but i guess my doctor was wrong

Symptoms:

August 27th my right nipple hurted so bad tingling and woke me out my sleep

august 29th spotted (assuming it was implantation spotting

August 30-Increased hunger soon as i woke up i was starving

Nauseated if didnt eat and when i ate and nauseated after i ate . Hungry right after ,heightened sense of smell

Now today lower back pain .
