Post D&C cramps getting worse. Normal??

Question

Had a D&C Monday for a blighted ovum. First day only a few spots of pink. 
Tuesday morning had blood when I went to the restroom and no bleeding at all that day. 
Wednesday morning bleeding. Lasted off and on all day. 
Thursday blood clots. And bleeding. Slight cramping
Friday bleeding consistently. Some cramping 
This morning woke up at 5 am constant bad cramps and back and side pain. Heavy bleeding.

So every day it has progressively gotten worse. Is this normal????

Yes, it is normal. After my D&C I went through that but the bleeding and cramping stopped about 8-10 days after the procedure. I had no bleeding the first few days then it started around day 5. The cramps were painful and some have likened them to labor pains. It was my first pregnancy.

I'd call and speak to the doctor - I was told that symptoms should steadily improve,  not get worse over time.
