That doesn’t look good. I’m so so sorry but call your doctor to get seen ASAP. If you’re having strong, debilitating cramps or a significant amount of blood loss, go to the ER. If not, I’d wait for to be seen by a doctor. Most ERs are not equipped for pregnancy related things and won’t be able to accurately help you.
