It’s not a indication of multiples, I didn’t track this pregnancy but when I found out I was 4 weeks and had a test come back just as dark as yours.

That test isn’t even dark at all for day before period, my hcg weren’t high in beginning but now they are this was my test at same dpo and we’re having twins
