TMI & possible warnings needed

Sorry for the long read ahead of time.

So I found out I was pregnant a few weeks ago, this morning I started spotting -VERY little amount & only when I wiped, looked like little pin dots in with clear discharge. (3 times and then nothing more) I called my OB and they ran my labs, she said my HCG levels were 1700 but my progesterone level was 2? She prescribed me progesterone pills and also said it could be the start of a miscarriage. She asked me to come back in 2 days to get labs ran again. I don’t even know what to think.. has anyone been through this?
