Unwanted belly kisses

So I am 20 weeks pregnant and every time i see my father in law now (when I first see him AND before he leaves) he rubs my belly and bends down and kisses it. I really don’t like being touched, especially by men who aren’t my husband. If I thought it was sexual in anyway I would def say something, but I know he’s just trying to be sweet and kiss his granddaughter, but I’m so weirded out by it!! I don’t want to offend him but I also feel like I want to avoid him because I get so uncomfortable and then I feel awkward the whole time I’m around him. Am I just overreacting?
