my baby has a cold, how should she sleep?

my 4 month old has her first cold and her nose is SO stopped up. i know pacifiers remind them to breath, so should i let her sleep with her paci in like normal? or should i take it out so she can breath out her mouth in case her nose gets too plugged up?

She will spit out her pacifier if she can’t breathe.  Also you may want to try and elevate one side of her bed a little more, that can sometimes help break up some congestion.
My doctor told me to let my son sleep in a rock n play when he has his first bad cold (he wasn’t rolling over yet)

Saline and nose sucker before bed with the humidifier and some Vick’s on his feet with socks always does the trick for our girl.

I would blast the cold air humidifier. Do a little peppermint essential oil on my son’s feet and elevate his mattress with a rolled blanket so he could sit up a bit. Annnd I would do saline and the nose sucker before bed. Hope that helps!
