I will be 21 weeks pregnant with twins tomorrow. Last night I noticed some swelling in my ankles and shins. Nothing too terrible, I would call it mild. My feet and toes don't look too swollen but I have some pitting edema around my ankle bones and my shins. Has anyone else experienced this? Obviously with the risk of forming PE higher with twins worries me. I had an appointment a week and a half ago and my urine was fine and BP was 122/70. I measured my BP when I got up today and it was 128/76. So BP isn't an issue.
