Garter belts are super hard to find in normal stores. Even Victoria’s Secret only carries a small selection unless it’s February. I would recommend a sex store, or perhaps a wedding dress store if you’re looking for white. I wouldn’t order it online because the fit might be off. I hope this helps.

I have a couple. TBH I got them from amazon. Sometimes they don’t fit so be prepared to send it back but I’ve had pretty good luck with that
