I’m 5’9, 205lbs, 9mo pregnant

I’m looking for healthy ways to lose weight after the baby comes. I will be trying to breastfeed my son when he comes, so that should help boost the metabolism some, but I haven’t had an active workout routine in a couple of years, and never postpartum.

How much should I try to lose? I was thinking around 50lbs, but I’m not sure where that would put me health wise. What types of recommendations do you have for light but effective beginning exercises, and ways to ease into diet changes?

As for diet, even now mine isn’t good. I can’t eat greasy/acidic food because my body can’t digest it and I throw it up in the evenings. Nuts, Veggies, chicken... anything cooked really. I try not to eat past three for the same reason. I also have been eating sugary foods because while unhealthy, it doesn’t contain grease/acid and sometimes I just don’t want to throw up.

I don’t know if this throwing up business will fix itself when the baby comes or not.
