Need advice!

So when I was 7 weeks I had a SCH. It was a pretty decent size. They explained that it could stay or go away. The ER told me this. Well I went to my ob on Thursday and she said it was still there. But I was bleeding brown blood and dark red. Friday comes and I'm bleeding blood with  issue in it. I went to the ER and the ob there told me that the SCH was getting smaller. I have cramps with it now and they told me it wasn't a miscarriage. Has anyone here had same thing I had... And what was the outcome? Thanks. I've had 4 miscarriages and can't take another loss. This the furthest I've been (9w1d) and my 9 year old.
