Help!!

So my "Last" period came July 25th and lasted until about the 30th ( I also spotted off and on during my period). Hubby and I went about our business and did our thing.... 😏 I started my period again August 21st when it really wasn't supposed to start until the 24th...which I thought was weird. I also spotted in between that period...and it lasted its normal 5 days. For some reason, I tested August 27th and it was a negative..so I thought I was for sure out. Fast forward to September 3rd. I tested positive for pregnancy. Now I'm confused. I made an appointment but won't be seen until October 16th. I really dont want to reschedule sooner...but my mind isn't at ease... I need advice.
