I only ask because my little one is 7 months old and I pump 5 hours a day on top of breastfeeding for about an hour a day just to get the bare minimum to feed him. I don't even make up half an ounce extra and I think I'm mentally drained from this. I have tried all the things you can possibly think of to increase milk production but unfortunately nothing seems to work for me and I feel really guilty to supplement formula. My sister-in-law inform me she rather see me starve my baby then give him formula because she sure my milk supply will increase but she's been saying that for three months now and I just don't think I can keep that's up at this amount of pumping. Just trying to see if I am pumping the expected amount for Pumpers or is this excessive and I shouldn't feel guilty about supplementing one bottle a day of formula
