I was just talking to a friend of mine about “starting a family” (she and i are in similar boats) and it prompted me to make a list of all the things we’ve “tried” as far as getting pregnant. I’m sure I missed some. But to anyone else out there who is going bat shit crazy with all the “advise” they’re getting just know you’re not alone. Sorry for sloppy handwriting, emotionally charged me doesn’t write neatly. Comment and let me know what’s missing off this list, as this is just my experience.
