So my doctor talked to me about nuva ring and prescribed it to me. I’m still a little unsure on it. I was on the Depo Shot which I loved but I don’t like to be on it for too long. Have any of you tried the nuva ring or are currently using it? If so I could use some advice. I’m still not sure how it’s suppose to work being as my doctor and the paper she printed out for me said there is no wrong way to insert it, but yet the paperwork also says inserting it wrong can lead to pregnancy. Can y’all help me out?!
