HELPPPPP idk what to do

I just realized today that I have a cold sore outbreak.

This is my second one and it's been 5 years since my last one.

Well I thought yesterday, it was just a pimple on the edge of my lip and just put pimple cream. Went on about my day... kissed my husband, kissed my 3 year old and kissed my 8 month old.

😳 wake up today and its crusting and kinda looks like an outbreak.

What the fuck should I do, I'm freaking the fuck out! Should I take my kids in now????? Idk what to even think. I feel sick and disgusted having it, now the thought and feeling with me potentially giving it to my family 🥺🥺
