Placenta previa

Just left my anatomy scan. I’m 22 weeks and this was the second time trying for the ultrasound bc of other reasons. The doctor said my placenta is low and currently right at my cervix. He said I have what’s called placenta previa which can cause bleeding, early term labor and will also need to have a c section if it doesn’t resolve. He is checking again in 2 weeks but did anyone have it this early and then their placenta move on it’s on and be normal! I’m worried.
