Progress

Left was 157 pounds in July, the right is 137 pounds today. I have lost 30 pounds since June. I gave birth to my son in May and didn’t start this until I was 6 weeks PP. I couldn’t be anymore happy with my progress and how fast I’m dropping this weight. I feel great, feel confident & am happy to be able to wear cute clothes again. I’m so excited because my first goal is to get to 130. After that I want to get to 120 and I’ll be satisfied. At this rate I’ll be there by the end of October. 🙌🏼 All these years of giving up & not following through I finally am doing it. I’ve been over weight for 4 years now so this is a big deal for me. I’m 5’4 and the extra weight really showed on me. Now my pants are baggy and my stomach is flat. My mommy pouch that I thought I was stuck with is almost gone!

Edit: I’m doing intermittent fasting (the 16/8) and in the period that I’m eating I only eat healthy foods. I’ll eat anything whole or natural. Eggs, fish, meat, brown rice or fruits/veggies. Stay away from sugar drinks and desserts. Don’t eat fast food or anything of the sort. My portions are a lot smaller & I workout. I started off with running a mile and now I run 2 miles. Some days I do more squats and lunges.. jumping jacks or bear crawls. Just anything that works my body and breaks a sweat. I push myself & don’t half ass my workouts. Drink a TON of water too.. it’s all diet and working out. Mind over matter and self discipline to say no to the things that I love that are horrible for me. I have the biggest sweet tooth & am a total foodie so this has been really hard. It got really easy after the first week.
