Do any of you chart your BBT?

This is the first cycle I've taken my BBT daily. Last month I only charted after my ovulation. I'm currently 6-7 DPO and my temp is up almost a full degree and has been since 1DPO. If you chart, How long has your temp stayed elevated before AF

The truth is it is quite similar.
I was googling it yesterday because they look as what they say triphasic.with 2 high updos.
You need to wait now and see if you will have a dip and then a rise again.thats what i had but with spotting as well.
Lets see what will happen.

Hi amber
Mine stayed up till 4 days before af showed in the last cycle.
Decreased at first and then Dropped even further on cd23 for 3 days
This cycle still waiting i am currently cd23 but temp is up.
