Random/ morning anxiety

I’m 28 weeks, and I wake up with the worst anxiety most days. If i don’t it happens usually an hour or two after I wake up. It also happens like throughout the day sometimes. It feels like my body’s being pulled down and my heart gets really fast and my body feels really tired and weak. Could it be anything other than anxiety ? I don’t even think about anything to cause it, but things forsure aren’t great mentally.
