i recently became sexually active while on nexplanon, i’ve had it for a while and he ended up cumming inside me by accident..

my periods are super irregular so now i’m just waiting to get it, but i’m still super anxious.

i’m getting backaches, dull cramps, and constipation/bloating. my breasts feel a lil sore but nothing super bad plus it goes away fast after i realize it.

i’m guessing that those symptoms mean i’m getting my period soon?? or should i have to worry?? i know im on nexplanon which everyone says is SUUPER effective but i can’t help but feel anxious... maybe my anxiety has something to do with how i’m feeling too... please help me calm down my worries
