I need help making sense of my symptoms!

So I am guilty of over analyzing my tww symptoms. Just the typical noticing every twinge and cramp. But this time around I’ve noticed a couple new ones and would love someone to commiserate with!

I’m about 5 dpo and this morning felt an itchy/tickling/tingling sensation about 3 inches above my pubic bone and now feel a dull discomfort near both ovaries. Not pain or cramping but almost as if they were a little swollen.

I thought I was feeling calmer this cycle but I guess not !
