Benefits of Montessori School?

My husband and I have a 14 month old daughter and we have been doing our research on potential early learning schools to get my daughter enrolled in when she turns 3-4. (I know it seems early but there are just so many options and I don’t want to wait to the last minute. Education/early learning is very important to both of us). If you’ve sent your child to a Montessori school, what were the benefits? We have signed my daughter up for a toddler and parent Montessori program starting when she’s 15 months so I can get a better feel for their teaching methods but I would love to hear others stories with their experience.
